Spaghetti Bolognese comes rather high on our comfort food list. It is incredibly wholesome and simply makes you happy. The meat sauce is mildly spiced and is a beautiful contrast against the white spaghetti. Although this recipe takes a little time to prepare; the actual work involved is minimal.
You simply get all you ingredients together – mince; you could use any mince, but we prefer mutton for this recipe. Tomatoes, tomato puree, onions, garlic, some dry spices, chili, stock, oil and noodles.
You then want to fry your onions and garlic till they are beautifully golden. Pop in the mince, and finally the tomatoes, tomato puree and chili. Cook this mixture for just a couple of minutes.
You then add the stock, and pretty much forget about the sauce. All you need to do is stir it every now and then. Its that simple!
