We like to say it’s healthy because it has yogurt in it, and barely any cheese. It still gets quite a cheesy flavor because we use a strong Parmesan. Sambhar is quite an essential in a South Indian home. I love South Indian food. Though I don’t really know how to make most of the dishes.
